Inclement Weather Policy: Please reschedule your appointment if roads are icy in your area. Late cancelation fees are waved for unsafe driving conditions. I may reschedule on my end as well if the roads near my home are icy. I will be in contact with you as soon as possible if I need to reschedule, and for the same consideration. Thank you. ~Soo

Late Cancellations and No-Call/No-Show Policy: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session. No-Call/No-Shows, whereby a client does not show up for their schedule appointment and no messages by phone, text, or email are left, are subject the No-Call/No-Show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled session. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The more notice given, helps us to be able to fill the timeslot. 

Your appointment time is held for you in good faith. Massage Therapists cannot make-up that time, as time cannot be returned. Also it keeps clients who may be in need of services from receiving timely treatments. We reserve the right to block scheduling for those who cancel with short notice frequently or do not show for their appointments. If there is a medical necessity or other reason where special accommodations may need to be made around scheduling, please let us know. In certain cases we may be able to work with you in finding a time for a last minute appointment instead of frequently booking and canceling.
